This foundational program is designed for licensed professionals in helping industries such as mental health, healthcare, or wellness fields looking to expand their toolkit. Passionate individuals who are ready to integrate breathwork into their personal or professional practice, like coaches, teachers, yoga instructors, energy workers, and healing practitioners seeking a trauma-informed approach to breathwork are a fit for this program. Rooted in trauma-informed principles, neuroscience, and somatic awareness, TIBWF certification offers a deep dive into the science and soul of breath. Through immersive classes, guided visualizations, hands-on techniques, and comprehensive self-study, you'll learn how to safely guide clients through emotional regulation, nervous system balancing, and embodied transformation. Whether you're new to breathwork or looking to deepen your skillset, this certification will empower you to confidently support others on their healing journey while deepening your own.
Requirements for Trauma-Informed Breathwork For Licensed Professionals
* Students must attend all three (3) weekends to fulfill requirements.
* Any time missed (late/tardy/hours or days missed) must be made up with the Instructor. Instructor will directly charge the student an hourly rate for make-up time (typically $35-$45/hour).
* Practice Sessions: Students are required to facilitate ten (10) documented home breathwork facilitation practice sessions which must be completed to obtain course certificate.
* Personal Sessions: Students are required to receive two (2) one-hour sessions from another student attending Breathworx614’s Certification Program or a previously Certified Breathworker. Payment of $25 for each of these sessions will go directly to the Breathwork Facilitator chosen.
* Additional Home Study Assignments. (reading, anatomy, Breathwork Exercises, etc.)
* Evaluations: Quizzes are included in Home Study. Oral Exams, Case Study Analysis, and Check-Ins for Understanding will be implemented at the beginning of each class (Weekends 2 & 3) and a final examination will take place on Weekend 3.
* All coursework must be completed within 30 days of the last in-person session.
* Students must fulfill ALL requirements and be current in their payment plan to obtain Course Certificate.
