Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator Certification focuses on trauma-informed breathwork foundations, nervous system education, client safety, and emotional awareness.

Breathworker Life Coach Certification expands into advanced facilitation techniques, deeper trauma integration and somatic coaching, incorporating coaching tools including the birth script, epigenetics, nervous system rewiring, and neural repatterning. In addition to these technical elements, this certification also deepens the integration of spirituality, supporting students in connecting with the soul's wisdom, intuition, and the energetic aspects of transformation. It’s designed for practitioners who are ready to guide clients through not only emotional and physiological healing—but also spiritual awakening and aligned life design.

Both trainings will certify you to:
* Use Breathworx614’s Breathwork Technique by Tiffany Berger to guide clients through effective healing and transformation.
* Facilitate breathwork with 1:1 clients & in group settings.
* Facilitate breathwork with integrity and with a trauma-informed approach.

No prior breathwork experience is required. Breathworker Life Coach Certification is designed for those who feel called to launch their own body-based, holistic coaching business. This is for the aspiring entrepreneur or the coach who desires to strengthen their business model with somatics. This training incorporates the nervous-system healing of your relationship with money, and education to create a sustainable business that you love. Learn Tiffany’s unique business model to support you in launching your breathwork coaching business!

Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator Certification consists of four weekend sessions (Friday evening 2.5 hours, full-day Saturday 8 hours, and full-day Sunday 8 hours), spanning approximately three months. This certification is offered September - November.

Breathworker Life Coach Certification consists of six weekend sessions (Friday evening 2.5 hours, full-day Saturday 8 hours, and full-day Sunday 8 hours), spanning approximately six months. This certification is offered January - June.

** Many of our participants have a full time job or are already working over 40 hours. Both certification programs are designed for weekends to make the program easy to fit into a busy schedule.
